Our Story
Asa Cha began with a journey to Japan, where we explored the origins of authentic matcha.
In Uji, we walked through tea fields, met farmers, and witnessed the care and tradition behind every harvest.
What we found was more than tea — it was a daily ritual rooted in intention, balance, and quality.
We created Asa Cha to bring that experience home with premium Japanese matcha made for smooth lattes, calm mornings, and everyday rituals.
How to Make Asa Cha
Prepare it traditionally, enjoy it as a latte, or follow a few simple tips.
Sift 2g matcha into a bowl. Add 2 oz hot water around 175°F and whisk until smooth and frothy.
Matcha Latte
Sift 3–4g matcha into a cup. Add 2–3 oz hot water around 175°F and whisk until smooth. Pour over milk, ice, or steamed milk.
Simple Tips
Avoid boiling water, sift before whisking, and store sealed in a cool, dry place.
